SCREAM LIKE A RAVING RABBID & win a Wii
Suppose you were one of the huddled masses unable to successfully line up for your very own Wii last Launch Day, and you’re still hurting from the lack of one. Suppose we told you that Ubisoft will give you the chance to win one of three Wiis, plus their Wii lineup of eight games, and all you have to do is show them your best raving rabbid scream. What will you say?
Oh, we know what you’re going to say. (While holding up a plunger): DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
Starting right now (yes, RIGHT NOW!) Ubisoft invites all fans of Rayman Raving Rabbids to submit – and we quote – “any and all types of media illustrating their own take on the rabbid scream!” They’ll take comics, animation, FMVs – while they didn’t mention live-action, we’ll bet it doesn’t mean they’re not going to accept people dressed up as rabbits and screaming their lungs out! Entries can be submitted via their special submissions page at http://www.tapin.net/rayman/submission.php – which isn’t active yet, but it soon will be.
The winner will be decided by popular vote. Voting begins on December 11, ends on December 17, and winners declared on or after the 18th through the Rabbids’ own MySpace page (which is our Via link below). This contest is open to residents ages 13 and above in the United States, though “excluding Arizona, Florida, Vermont, and any other state in which such Competition would be prohibited by law” (Kids, get parents’ permission before joining the contest).
The prizes at stake for busting your vocal cords are:
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes: each gets ONE WII (DAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!), plus Ubisoft’s Wii lineup of eight (8) games, including Rayman Raving Rabbids, and one Ubisoft goodies pack, for a total prize package of US$ 665, tax included
- 4th to 10th place: one Ubisoft goodies pack each
