Sega announces February 8 release for The Club

Well, there we have it – Sega has finally pegged a release date for their run-and-gun, third- person action shooter The Club. According to the Bizarre Creations‘ website, the game will be hitting shelves this February 8.

Well, there we have it – Sega has finally pegged a release date for their run-and-gun, third- person action shooter The Club. According to the Bizarre Creations‘ website, the game will be hitting shelves this February 8.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with the game, The Club lets you go through a timed gauntlet killing bad guys as you rack up points and try to add up your kill combos for even higher points. Considering that the game was made by the same developers of Project Gotham Racing and Geometry Wars, it’s not surprising to see a relatively familiar gaming idea have such a fresh twist inserted into it.

The Club will be released on the PC, Xbox 360 and the PS3. While we all wait for February 8, why not take a second look at some of the action-packed gameplay we’ve previously released for the game.
