Skate: Jason Dill on landing a trick

Even though Myra M is known among QJ’s bloggers as one of the klutziest people you’d ever meet, I’m not that far off from her. Hello. I’m like the guy who can manage to trip himself even by just standing still. And so, imagine what it would look like if you put me on top of a skateboard. It’s got “Disaster Waiting to Happen” written all over it.

Jason Dill’s got something to say about it though. As a trailer for Electronic Arts‘ upcoming title Skate for the PS3 and 360, the said skater talks about the pleasures of landing a trick. Yeah, getting wiped out and damaging the jewels of your family tree is part of the process, but once you do succeed, the feeling isn’t like any other. There’s always a big sense of fulfillment whenever you work hard for something.

As I’d like to agree on that, I believe that the only successful thing I’d be able to do is smash my face on the gutter.
