SMC File Checker & Format Type Converter v0.a

While we are still unsure exactly how this works, SMC Patch appears to patch Japanese Snes SMC (ROMs) to make them playable in the Snes9x emulator for PSP. This appears to be a release from M.Kajihara. We will be testing this and updating this post as we find more info.
