Snes9x v0.03a (Official)

Bifuteki has released a new official build of the Snes9x Emulator. There were some bug fixes as well as changes to state saving. It does not include as many features as the v0.02y## versions, but it supports more ROMs including the long awaited Super Metroid, which only runs at around 15-20 FPS, and Super Mario All Stars. It’s a great update!
