Sony May Have PS3 Distribution Problems, says Mistubishi UJF

PS3Sony‘s performance at the stock market continues to drop. In a CNBC Financial News report, Sony’s stock fell 3.1% to $44.42 per share. On a prediction made by Mitsubishi UFJ, this latest drop may cause Sony to not be able to produce their E3 announced number of six million units of the forthcoming PS3.

Still according to Mitsubishi UJF, it is doubtful as to whether Sony will ever produce enough PS3 in time for its launch. But things are not as bad for Sony – although SCE’s President Kaz Hirai admitted that PS3 is still not in production, the upcoming next-gen console still got winning forecast. Besides, Hirai did state that Sony will start manufacturing now.

The question now is, will they produce enough supply for the launch? Sony is positive about meeting their goals. Let’s just hope – for all the prospective PS3 buyers out there – that they do meet the target. Let’s keep our fingers crossed. And QJ will keep a close watch for further news, so do watch out for updates!
