Sony Style: this August’s Sony Card promo
Given that the new 80GB PlayStation 3 just launched earlier, we’re letting buyers know of a complementary promo going on at Sony Style. The retailer announced that for a given time frame, buyers who sign up for their Sony Card and make a first purchase of US$ 299 or more are entitled to US$ 150 credit points. Put another way, this means you’ll be able to buy a new PS3, and still have enough credits left to purchase some much-needed accessories and games.
The offer is only applicable to new Sony Card owners, with the US$ 150 expected to kick in 8-12 weeks after your purchase. Card sign-ups will end this August 31, while new Sony Card owners are required to make their first purchase by November 30.
