Sony’s 3D gaming starts tomorrow

3dpsnIf you’ve already invested on a 3D TV, then tomorrow might be an exciting day for you. As previously reported, Pain, WipEout HD and Super Stardust HD will all be updated tomorrow into their stereoscopic 3D selves.

In Japan, WipEout and Super Stardust are getting the 3D-fying patches for free, but the one for Pain will cost ¥300 (US$ 3.30). For North America, all the patches will be free. If you don’t have any of those games yet, you’ll still have to buy the. But if you happen to have a Bravia 3D TV in your purchase plans, you’ll receive the 3D-upgraded versions of WipEout HD, Super Stardust HD, Pain, and the stereoscopic 3D demo for MotorStorm: Pacific Rift for free.
