Store Your Games and Stylus the old School Way!

NESNDSCaseNintendo_Warrior from Aussie-Nintendo has posted some pictures of his NES controller mod that will store your NDS games and stylus. We have seen several NES controller mods in the past that involved transforming the controller into a gamepad for your PC, adding a SD/CF memory card reader, and even allowing you to control your TV! Luckily, this mod requires no technical experience and no re-wiring. It’s as simple as gutting out your controller and adding some paper (or cardboard) to secure your contents. Here’s Nintendo_Warrior’s simple installation guide on it –

  1. Store your games and stylus the old school way1.Open up nes controller and take everything out
  2. Put all the wire and PCD’s ( printed circut boards) in the bin. Keep Buttons but throw away rubber supporting buttons with some plyers take of all the little things sticking out
  3. Super glue buttons to the plastic in correct place ( wait for it to dry )
  4. Get some coloured cardboard and cut it out 12×5 cm to fit in controller.
  5. Cut out a tiny bit of cardboard for the power cord which is in the way.
  6. Glue in cardboard.
  7. Bend the edges of the controller abit so when you close it it clicks and won’t be loose
