This is rather surprising. Apparently, despite all the hype surrounding the motion technologies of both Sony and Microsoft, not that many people intend to actually buy them for their own.

This is rather surprising. Apparently, despite all the hype surrounding the motion technologies of both Sony and Microsoft, not that many people intend to actually buy them for their own.

US research firm OTX conducted the sutdy and found that only 8% of Xbox 360’s market is intending to go Natal, while only 6% of PS3 users are thinking of getting Move. Average age for those with such intentions was 25 for Natal and 28 for Move.

2,000 participants were involved in this GamePlan Insights poll, which was conducted between May 23 and June 5.

However, with the impending presentation at E3, it is expected that these numbers will definitely spike up. Said OTX, “While we are still months away from launch, the current data suggests that Natal gamers are definitely Xbox 360 purists, while Move gamers hae a stronger interest in other platforms.
