Taiko no Tatsujin Comes to PSP in Japan

Namco has slated Taiko no Tatsujin for release in Japan August 4, 2005.  Althought the PSP version of this title will not feature the specialized taiko drum controller that was available for the PS2 version, the game will use the D-pad and four standard buttons as the left and right drum sticks.  You will be able to smash rim shots by pressing the R and L shoulder buttons, and you will have to rotate the PSPÂ’s analog stick on cue during the game.
