“The Wait is Over” indeed for PS3

Every time we watch this video we get shivers down our spines. The blue pre-dawn lighting sets the post-apocalyptic mood, the music stirs a sense of epic-ness, and the whole obscurity of the ad (given that you didn’t know what the commercial was advertising) makes you think of some impending doom coming. Well, ok. Not so much of “doom”, but you know that something big is coming…

No, it’s not a trailer for an M. Night Shyamalan movie. And no, it’s not a Tim Burton movie either. It’s a PS3 ad (uploaded by reminder84 in YouTube) proclaiming, quite simply, that the wait is over. And, gosh, how near November 17 already is…

After the “Play Beyond” ad campaign taking full swing, and then toss in a couple of “This is Living” adverts, we now get more commercials that make us anticipate the coming “invasion”. At the rate things are going, we could probably expect more ads in the near future. Especially now that the release is just a month away, Sony‘s going to make sure we know that the wait is over.
