UFC 2009 Undisputed - Image 1You’ve got him on an armbar, he won’t get away. It’s only a matter of seconds before you score the W, then…poof…he quits and leaves play. Damn those quitters! They seem to have found a way to leave online matches in UFC 2009 Undisputed (PS3, Xbox 360) without suffering a loss in their record or any penalty whatsoever. The result? Noobs and cheaters have managed to keep their records “undisputed.” Good news – THQ is working on a patch to sort it all out.

THQ announced today that a patch to fix the quitter problem is currently in the works. The patch will also address other unspecified issues in the game, but the focus is definitely the cheat issues. As how the the exploit is to be patched, they didn’t go into detail, but as long as it keeps the cheaters at bay, it’s all good.
