Tribulation Knights: All action minus the killings

work in progress

In the wake of a growing rally by the moralists against violent video games, Atomic Design Laboratory bravely steps up to the plate and promises to deliver a stealth-based third-person adventure for the PC, minus the blood and gore.

Tribulation Knights is the first among a series of video games that is characterized as Christian. Set in the era following the period of rapture known as the Tribulation, where new Christians worldwide will face persecution for their faith, the mission of the yet-unnamed main character is to ensure their freedom and safety.

Deriving the storyline from an interpretation of the Bible concerning the end days, the Tribulation Knights aim to prevent a worldwide cult organization from gaining control of the planet, as well as incarcerating those who refuses to join them. Ranging from intelligence-gathering missions to interrogation cells, to saving groups of those incarcerated, there sure is a lot of action in store for you here.

Featuring stealth as one of the most important and critical aspects of gameplay, what sets this game apart is that shooting and killing are absolutely absent in it. Instead, weapons such as a high tech slingshot takes the place of lethal weapons.

Tribulation Knights is still currently under production, but we’ll be sure to bring you some more details on this game as they surface.
