Turning The DS Lite Into A Work Of Art

These days, almost anything and everything can be modded, skinned, customized, personalized, beaded, crafted, tie-dyed and stamped, from your PC case to that Sanrio character stamped onto your toasted bread. Well, one person who wanted to customize his DS Lite but didn’t like the designs that are currently available, decided to take matters into his own hands. With an air-brush.

Not quite satisfied with the Pikachu and Final Fantasy limited edition units, one guy had the guts to take apart his Nintendo DS Lite in order to paint his favorite women onto the surface of his favorite handheld game.

Though some considered this move as crazy as a mistake may have meant having to throw away a $130 piece of equipment, the photos show that this guy’s gamble was apparently worth it.
