Ubisoft promises GRAW 2 for PS3 this Spring
“Delayed news” is hard to take with a grain of salt, especially for PS3 users. We all know what happened these past few weeks regarding the European launch and the threat of another delay looming every now and then.
The other day, Ubisoft regretfully declared that Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 will no longer be a launch title for the PS3 in Europe. As expected, awaiting fans were dismayed. The report curiously started when the publisher submitted its Q4 report for the fiscal year and GRAW 2 wasn’t included.
Anyway, Ubisoft countered today by stating that its other games are still on schedule anyway. Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Oblivion, Blazing Angels, and Rainbow Six Vegas will still be available on March 23. The company added that GRAW 2 will be appearing for sure this “Spring”. As vague as that time span sounds, it’s good to know that, at least, they still have a target release date of some sort.
The Xbox 360 version of GRAW 2 is expected on March 9 while the PSP and the PC versions will become available on March 30.
