Ultimate Flash Operation v2.1
Almost219 dropped by the QJ.Net Forums earlier to let the PSP homebrew community know that Ultimate Flash Operation (UFO) has been upgraded to version 2.1. Updates to look out for include bug fixes and improvements for the recently added support for CFW 3.51 M33, as well as expanded compatibility for other files:
Fixed major bug, not allowing you to backup your files, and making 3.51 M33 access the wrong files- Displays 129×99 screenshots now
- Beginning Backup only shows up if you don’t have a backup in the themes folder
- Support for flashing of all files in VSH/RESOURCE
- Added:
- auth_plugin.rco
- common_plugin.rco
- dd_helper.rco
- game_install_plugin.rco
- htmlviewer.res
- osk_utility.rco
- loadcore.prx
- loadexec.prx
- Above also added in Mix n’ Match mode
- More support for 3.51 M33 Mode – won’t accidentally flash incompatible files.
- Code improvements (more stability)
Keep in mind that UFO has been built to work on firmwares 3.30, 3.40, and 3.51 only, but Almost219 notes that more features will hopefully be added for 3.51 mode in the near future.
Given that it’s a flashing application (among other functions), we advise to back up your files – mishandling apps like these may lead to bricks. Most of the info you’ll need to run UFO v2.1 should be available in the file readme, and Almost 219’s thread over at our QJ.Net Forums.
