Unreal Tournament 2007 To Be Made Available Early 2007
UT Fans, rejoice! Midway Games has FINALLY announced the release of the much-anticipated game, Unreal Tournament 2007. Unfortunately, it won’t quite make it in time for the holidays, as it’ll only be available early 2007. A Midway Games spokesperson said that fans could get their hands on the UT 2007 PC version from January to June 2007.
Interestingly, the game company has kept us in the dark regarding the release date of the game’s PS3 version. Moreover, Midway hasn’t said any detail regarding the PS3 version, but kept referring to it as the next-gen version. Rumors say that Epic Games received a hefty sum from Sony to promote the PS3 version of the game, while keeping mum about the Xbox 360 version. During the E3 2006, Midway said that the game will be made available for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Now, however, the company refutes this claim.
