Videos: Super Smash Bros. Brawl Move Set Swapping hack

As much as the Nintendo Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl is a lot of fun already, coder MeleeKirby was able to make it more exciting by hacking the game and exchanged the move sets of the different characters. See the proof-of-concept videos after the jump!

QJ.NET reader Ch4sethe5un sent us a tip regarding a hack that involves the hit Nintendo Wii exclusive Super Smash Bros. Brawl from Sora Ltd. The said hack allows users to swap the move sets of the game’s playable characters.

According to our tipster, the hack was performed by MeleeKirby. Most of the hacks were done to the mustachioed Italian plumber Mario which depicts him using the moves of Luigi, Olimar and other characters.

Pretty nifty, eh? What we have below are three gameplay videos showing off other move sets that were swapped. Unfortunately, there’s no word as to how it was done so we can do nothing now but enjoy it by watching the embeds.
