Wii Launch Lineup Appears in Nintendo Power
Although this is just a handful of titles that will appear, here is the confirmed Wii launch list as published in Nintendo Power magazine.
Ubisoft:
Red Steel
Rayman Raving Rabbits
Sega:
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz
Square Enix:
Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors
Nintendo:
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
Nintendo promised more third party titles this time around, and so far they have already begun to deliver. Unfortunately, neither Super Mario Galaxy or Wario Ware will be on shelves launch day. More titles could be confirmed for the list, it isn’t set in stone yet. But what is there is going to stay there. Unfortunately, so far, there are no sports titles on the list. However, as mentioned before, this list isn’t final, so perhaps we can expect some Wii Sports on launch day.
