Wii Zapper to be bundled with Zelda Crossbow Training?

Wii Zapper bundled with title Zelda Crossbow Training - Image 1We are all already aware that a handful of video game titles have already been made compatible with the Wii Zapper, such as Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. What we don’t know is that Nintendo, it seems, is planning to include a new bundled title with the gun peripheral.

Accordingly, there was a meeting of GameStop managers that took place in Las Vegas the other day. Nintendo was in attendance and after its brief part in the show, the company’s representatives started handing out the above mentioned bundled game, known as Zelda Crossbow Training.

A source for Ars Technica’s Opposable Thumbs was at the event and provided a brief comment on the surprise title:

The game looked beautiful. I’m pretty sure it was running on the Twilight Princess engine. It’s a third-person game, and you had some control over Link. While the video was way too short to get a good idea of the gameplay, it looks like a light-gun inspired Zelda title.

No release date was announced for this bundle, but it was mentioned that Zelda Crossbow Training will come packaged with the Wii Zapper hardware for US$ 20. Of course, all of this is still unconfirmed, so you guys will have to wait for more word before you all get too excited.
