Forum administrator Ktatroe just announced that players of Flying Lab Software and Sony Online Entertainment’s (SOE) MMORPG Pirates of the Burning Sea who’ve been having a hard time trying to log into the support site can now log in. According to Community Convoy Aether, the same goes for those who try to reach support by typing /support in-game.

As Ktatroe said, a work-around to address the problem that rooted from the support system software has been implemented. The fix should allow everyone to access the support site, but if problems still occur, you can post on the forum thread found via link below then send a private message to Ktatroe with the URL of the page you find upon failed login. Both Aether and Ktatroe stressed out that the URL shouldn’t be revealed publicly.
