WoW kid got owned by his parents

Don't cry, boy - Image 1Prioritizing is important even for hardcore gamers. Before you take off for those 7-hour raids, make sure that you don’t have anything more important to do. Waking up early for a lacrosse match isn’t easy after an all-nighter.

There’s this kid who was playing too much for his parents to handle, but he went mad when his folks tried to reason. What’s worse, the crazy fight was recorded on Teamspeak.

We’re not talking debates on how awesome Blizzard‘s WoW is; this boy started shouting and crying just to stay and play. Looks like 6am is his wake up time, but never gets close to it thanks to extended gaming time. Well, we can give him props for waking up 5:30am once – last year to go skiing.

His dad tried his best to be considerate even through ear-breaking screams, but finally dropped the hammer to ground him from the game. In his words, “You crossed the line. We’ve argued about this way too much today. You use this way too much. I’m sick of the game.”

It sounds like the kid attempted to get back on his computer even after all the scolding. Dad snapped, and the young man finally conceded with a very soft voice. Lesson learned.

“All you’re doing is damaging yourself, we have to put a limit,” his dad said. So remember, too much WoW is usually not good – especially when you’re living with your parents. Oh and, put a hotkey on Teamspeak to avoid leaking embarrassing moments to your online buddies.
