Xbox Live: First seven Community Games titles available for download

For those eagerly awaiting the newly announced Community Games service for the Xbox 360, you will be glad to know that it has just been updated by seven new titles for your playing pleasure.

What are these titles, you ask? Well, we provided a couple of descriptions for each as well as several screenshots in the full article. Have fun!

Remember Chris Satchell ‘s announcement over at Game Developers Conference regarding Microsoft’s upcoming Community Games service for the Xbox Live? Well, seven games have just been uploaded to the new service.

Needless to say, these are now available for your downloading pleasure the next time you go online. These were created using XNA Game Studio 2.0, and have already undergone the service’s peer-review process to ensure they meet proper community standards.

We’ve placed a short description for each title, along with some screenshots to give you an idea of what’s just waiting to be shared with the Live community:

    

JellyCar
Created by Walaber from the United States, this game is about driving a squishy car through squishy worlds, trying to reach the exit.

   

Little Gamers
This is a 2D high definition action side-scroller based on the Little Gamers web comic  created by Loic Dansart, a 24-year-old software developer from Belgium.

   

The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai
An 2D action platform game created by James Silva from the United States

   

TriLinea
This puzzle game created by the dev trio of Edison S. Prata Jr., Renato Pelizzari da Silva, and Davi da Silva Prata from Brazil mixes fast-paced action with strategy.

   

RocketBall
Created by Tyler Wanlass, Patrick Murty and Todd Barrons of the U.S., this game of dodgeball explodes onto the street with fast-paced multiplayer action.

   

ProximityHD
This game, created by Brian Cable of the U.S., takes the essence of strategy games and distills it down to a simple, easy-to-understand set of rules for casual players.

   

Culture
Created by indie developer company Hidden Path Entertainment from the U.S. This title contains challenging games and puzzles based on beautiful flowers.
