2K Sports and Konami announce MLB Power Pros - Image 12K Sports and Konami have announced that they will be releasing MLB Power Pros on the Wii and PS2 this coming Fall. Drawing heavily from the best selling Power Pro baseball series in Japan, this title looks to provide baseball fans of all ages with lots of great gameplay.

MLB Power Pros is said to deliver “an original visual style to America’s favorite pastime.” Furthermore, every MLB player will be represented in the game with a miniature toy-like figurine model.

To make the characters unique, each baseball stars will have their trademark facial expressions, facial hair, and hair styles. Konami Digital Entertainment Inc. Chairman and CEO Kazumi Kitaue seems very happy with the upcoming U.S. release of the game as he stated,
