2K Sports serves Top Spin 3 roster

While there's still along wait before Top Spin 3's (Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS) spring release, you don't have to worry about the characters you'll play as when it's finally out. 2K Sports released the list of tennis players including current leaders in the sport and some tennis legends. No need to guess who you'll be playing as in Top Spin 3 (Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS), because 2K Sports just announced its all-star line-up. Prominent tennis players such as Roger Federer and Maria Sharapova headline the cast, backed by legends Boris Becker, Bjorn Borg, and Monica Seles who will also visit the court.

Rafel Nadal is exclusive to the Sony PS3 version, while 2K Sports stated that the legends won't be available in all iterations of Top Spin 3. Fortunately, we'll enjoy realistic tennis matches on all platforms - believable facial expressions and animations and dynamic weather are among the few features that will keep this an immersive game.

Across 40 tennis hotspots, you can create a fully customizable character then put him or her against the pros. The tennis craze will begin this spring when Top Spin 3 hits shelves.
