Now that people have sufficiently geeked out over Tetsuya Mizuguchi’s Lumines and Meteos, the focus moves from puzzlers to sprawling, epic battles containing thousands upon thousands of soldiers fighting in real-time in Ninety-Nine Nights.

There’s no better way see what that’s like than with a high-quality trailer!.

Mizuguchi’s developing his next-generation debut with help from Phantagram, the guys behind the well received Kingdom Under Fire series on Xbox, which explains the similar gameplay style from Ninety-Nine Nights. Everything we’ve seen from the game so far, however, promises to distinguish itself with the so-far magical touch from Mizuguchi.

To navigate your way towards the Flash-embedded trailer, head over to this link, click on the third menu option, which brings up another two in front of a blackened background. Move your mouse over to the righthand option, click away, and voila, instant streaming trailer.

The released trailer unfortunately isn’t the full real-time demonstration shown at the recent Xbox Summit, but the looming Tokyo Game Show promises much more, so stay tuned!
