New Halo Faceplate to Grace your Xbox 360
It’s not everyday that you’d see an impressive faceplate of Master Chief posing his bravado on an Xbox 360. And now, light shines bright for Halo fans as Kotaku artist Pavel Dogov decides to come up with a hand-painted faceplate for your 360. He’s posting it up for grabs over at Ebay, and only time would tell if he would actually mass market his artwork – maybe print his designs on sticker paper and sell them for peanuts or even simply upload them somewhere for gamers to print themselves (well, everyone’s cheap nowadays harharhar).
Since the faceplate is hand-painted, the price bids are also steadily on the rise. You can’t expect any less from a customized plate, anyways. You have to give credit to the artist; he does paint well. But price aside, they look much more dramatic, doncha think? Makes you want to blast the bejeezes out of enemy units, huh?
Besides, there’s a certain sense of power when you can brag that you own a hand-painted Master Chief faceplate on your 360.
Cheers to Dolgov Studio for providing the pic!
