Tom and Jerry team is an old series that first appeared way back in the 1940s courtesy of Hanna-Barbera cartoons, which explains its more kiddie-friendly content.

In Tom and Jerry Tales, gamers assume the role of Jerry, the mouse, who must rely on mouse-like reflexes and strategy to elude Tom the housecat. The goal is for Jerry to avoid booby traps and return to his mouse hole safely to get to the next level. Each level presents an increasing degree of difficulty for the mouse. Although the game follows the the original Tom and Jerry story, it will feature new and original art styles. And it’s totally bloodless. Tom and Jerry Tales is expected to launch in the fall of 2006.
