Warhammer: Battle for Atluma first images
Collectible card games has always been something of an acquired taste and they aren’t for everyone. Most of the time they are a fad that wears in and out, unless you have a particular interest in the series that is; which is where Warhammer: Battle for Atluma comes in.
Namco Bandai‘s latest game for the PSP follows the popular Warhammer series; it combines the elements of card and strategy – with 400 cards to collect, trade, and use to defeat your opponents. This isn’t one of those button bashing games that you can win straight away, veering away from some of the PSPs more cheesy titles and getting into the nitty-gritty gaming. You’re either good at strategy games or you’re not.
However, if you aren’t one of these regular Collectible card game gurus but still feel intrigued by this game then read on. It features an extensive tutorial system that helps beginners jump right into the action. Start playing with your friends using the wireless multiplayer gameplay feature which allows players to battle and trade cards with others wirelessly. Today we have the first official screenshots for Warhammer: Battle for Atluma showing the card decks in high resolution PSP beauty. The screenshots look like a merger of Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon cards, and World of Warcraft – a success story in anybody’s view.
Warhammer: Battle for Atluma is due for release this fall and is available for pre-order now. Enjoy the screenshots!
