Viva Pinata reaches gold status
Ah yes, the coveted status known as “gold.” For any and all games that reach it, it means that they’re all well-baked and ready to come out of the manufacturing oven. There’s one game that’s caught the eye and heart of gamers young and old, though, and we can finally say that game has gone gold.
The game, ladies and gents, is none other than Viva Piñata.
Now, for those who don’t know about it, this is Rare’s very weird strategy game involving you, an island, living pieces of crepe paper, and said pieces of crepe paper having babies. Not only do you get to manage the resources of your island to make it grow and to attract more piñatas to you, but you also get to bash gremlins who try to kill your prized darlings!
While we did mention that the game would be out on the Day of the Dead, November 1, you might have to wait a little longer. The game is not meant to be out and about in stores on November 9. Until that day comes, you may want to practice your micromanagement skills and your skill as a piñata matchmaker. Enjoy!
