Freaky giant mutants in more Lost Planet screens
Flying trilobites, “Dune” worms, spindly quadrupeds… And you thought the Marvel universe had bizarre mutants in Asteroid M. Perhaps you’re right, but that’s until you step foot in Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions. It’s a sci-fi game that brimming with flora, fauna, and a smattering of cybertronics.
Every time we see some screenshots of this game, we can’t help but feel as if it’s a whole mess of a lot of things: part “Aliens,” part “Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within,” part “Mimic,” part “The Little Shop of Horrors,” and (to cap things off) part “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.”
Honestly. Just look at all those huge creatures. If I found myself confronting one of those huge freaks while I’m on my way to granny’s house, I’d be screaming like a high school chick who’s just broken a nail. Kidding aside, everyone’s excited for this game. Can’t Konami hurry things up? December is just too far away right now!
