ArchLord: Noob-friendly guides now available

Remember the time you got into your very first MMORPG? You’ll probably remember ooh’ing and ahh’ing at every tree and critter you saw, blabbering (and bothering) every character you ran into, and pretty much acting the part of the village idiot. Then there’s the noob hunts, the scam artists, the bogus guild initiations, the overpriced item auctions, and the PK’s…ahh, sweet memories.

The bottom line is that in every MMO, you’re on your own as a noob. And it’s with this mindset that Codemasters Admin”>Mr. Ktat over at Codemasters has announced the release of their new players guides over at their ArchLord Guides section. The guides were written by their GM teams during the game’s earlier days, and should be a handy survival guide for any beginner planning to play ArchLord – hence avoiding acting like the aforementioned village idiot.

While these guides are built for new players, Mr. Ktat also recommends that the game vets also visit this section, as it might give them ideas for writing up guides for higher-lvl players – and probably bring up old memories when they used to be village idiots themselves.
