Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess collector’s set
Look what we found on eBay: a Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess “collector’s set” (item number 280053588367). The set is available at Target for about $ 39.99 (that’s American dollars). What’s in it? What’s in it? Well, here’s the description and the pictures from eBay.
This is a very rare collectors set that was released in select Target stores across the U.S. that comes with a nice box that houses a replica of the Master Sword and the Hylian Shield as well as the official CD soundtrack – The Legand of Zelda: Twilight Princess and a certificate of authenticity.
There are reports that the CD soundtrack isn’t complete, but it does have the bigger hits. And no, the collector’s set doesn’t come with a copy of the game. No, there’s no clear word yet if this will be available in other stores or outside of the U.S.
A related item we spotted on eBay is item 220052111380, a Master Sword and shield from 1st Star Collectibles – it’s now close to US$ 130.00.
Update: Go Nintendo has posted two images from Cale, one of their readers, and there’s some info about which tracks are on the CD: The Legend Of Zelda Orchestra Piece #2, Hyrule Field Main Theme, Kakariko Village, Death Mountain, Midna’s Theme, and Ilia’s Theme. We’re hoping that’s a partial list and not a full list, because six tracks (even with the mini-replicas) might be a paltry deal for 40 bucks.
