HuE v0.009 for PSP

A new version of the HuE PC Engine (TG16) Emulator for PSP has been released. The only clear change I got from google translator was “Sound synthesis was corrected.”, but there appears to be quite a few other changes. If anyone can translate Japanese please add a comment. Also, still no word on the author’s name.
