RIN v.1.26(ee) Released

Mr. Mirakichi has released a ?fix? for his Gameboy/Gameboy Color emulator, v1.26(ee). He had reports of the sound tempo going to fast and recompiled it using his original compiler. So if you have had any odd sound speed changes, try this out.
