Pythagor Portable v1.0
The spread of an angle is the square of its sine. Given the triangle ABC with a spread of 1 between sides AB and AC, we then come up with Q(AB) + Q(AC) = Q(BC), where Q is the “quadrance”, i.e. the square of the distance.
Errr…yeah. Don’t know diddly squat about what I just said? Me neither. But apparently, one homebrew coder by the name of vladdamad (the one who gave us free downloadable Loco Roco levels) does, and he’s just released his homebrew app called Pythagor Portable which will make learning Trigonometry as easy as 1-2-3.
Okay, maybe not THAT easy but it’ll surely help you understand Pythagoras’ theorem and other basic geometry theories. Now before all the mean “wtf is this?!” comments start showing up, you guys should know if you have this application, you can tell your mom that you’re studying Trigonometry on your PSP (although the chances of her believing you are slim to none).
A few more notes from vladdamad: Pythagor Portable uses the web browser and this will run in ALL firmwares except 1.50. But then if you really wanna get this app, you know there’s always Devhook, right? *grins*
