Bluetooth headphones announced by Logitec for PSP
Japanese electronics company Logitec said in a press release today concerning its soon-to-be released Bluetooth headphones for Sony‘s handheld, the PlayStation Portable (PSP). We really can’t read Japanese, but numbers know no boundaries. If we’re not mistaken, the new peripheral will debut at around 12,800 yen (US$ 110).
By the way, Logitec is not related to better-known peripheral maker Logitech. Logitec is a Japanese company and an established brand name in Japan since 1974. Logitech, on the other hand, is headquartered in Switzerland and was established in 1981. Trivia: Logitech calls itself “Logicool” in Japan (because Logitec is already there) and “Logi (UK) Ltd.” in the UK (because there’s a company called Logitech in Scotland that makes polishing equipment).
Anyway, the new Bluetooth PSP headphones from Logitec are scheduled for a Japanese release as of now, but we certainly hope to see them soon in other territories. In case you are interested, we listed some of the features and specifications:
