Trusty Bell trailer now up on Xbox Live Japan
Straight from Xbox Live’s Major Nelson comes this announcement: the first Trusty Bell trailer is now up on the Japanese Xbox Live Marketplace! This promising Japanese title is also slated to come to American shores under the title Eternal Sonata, under the protective wing of Tri-Crescendo.
Brought to you by Namco Bandai, this RPG stands as a contender against SquareSoft’s own RPGs with a similar turn-based combat system. But with vibrant colors, amazing animation, breathtaking effects and lush scenery, this work of art uses the right tones of cel-shaded 3D models and looks to be a Grandia-meets-Radiata treat (or Rose Online with a detail facelift).
While many U.S. Xbox 360 fans await for the U.S. version of the trailer to be released in their Live Marketplace, all there is to look forward to is the TGS 2006 gameplay video. Hopefully the title will also be available to other regions, including fans in Europe who are praying that the U.S. version doesn’t come region-locked.
