After dreaming of a white Christmas, red is the new black. Michal Birecki happily tells us that the paint and clear coats on his custom-painted red 60GB PS3 are all dry, and eBay is now open for bids.  

By the way, if the photos don’t tell you already, that ain’t just any run-of-the-mill red he’s used. He’s specifically chosen the Maserati Red color swatch for tres, tres erotique… what? You guys haven’t run your hands down the smooth curves of a sleek sports car, and feel the temptation to take her out for a spin? You guys need to get out more.

Well, if any of you readers happens to own a red Maserati GranTurismo, guess you have your in-car entertainment system up and ready on eBay. And after this… Michal says that he’ll set up an ordering system for the common man to order his own custom-painted PS3 directly from PS3 Center.net. So if you’ve ever wanted your PS3 in Jaguar racing green… or pastels.

And a big thanks for telling us about this, Michal! Paris Hilton thinks that the other pictures of the Maserati Red PS3 in the painting process are hot, too. Paris Hilton could afford to buy a Maserati, damn it.
