Bargain Alert: Buy an Activision video game, get one free at Toys “R” Us

Well, we’re certainly not interested in picking up the free Barbie game, but grabbing some free Tony Hawk with a purchase of Call of Duty 3 seems like a great idea. Over at CAG, CheapyD has posted another bargain alert for people to feel good about. It’s a buy one-take one offer for specific Activision titles, and while the selection isn’t large, we certainly do like some of the video game’s they’ve got up there.

Wii owners, for example, will be happy to note that copies of Rapala Tournament Fishing, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Call of Duty 3, and Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam are part of the promotion. Xbox 360 owners will also get their own set, of course. As for the PS3 folks… well, they need more titles before such freebies can be justified, we suppose.
