VGXPO: ticket and event price listings
Following up on our previous announcement of the upcoming America’s VideoGame Expo (VGXPO), we bring an update for the various price listings concerned visitors and exhibitors may want to take note of.
Our first topic will cover price listings for the event’s admission tickets, divided up (from left to right) by their pass type, door price, and online price.
- For adult tickets (ages 15 and older):
- Multi-Day (up to 3 days); US$ 30.00; US$ 25.00
- Friday; N/A; US$ 12.50
- Saturday; US$ 15.00; US$ 12.50
- Sunday ; US$ 15.00; $12.50
- For children’s tickets (ages 8 to 14):
- Multi-Day (up to 3 days); US$ 20.00; US$ 15.00
- Friday; N/A; US$ 7.50
- Saturday; US$ 10.00; US$ 7.50
- Sunday ; US$ 10.00; US$ 7.50
- Children 7-years-old and below are given free admission.
The second part of this announcement will be dealing with exhibitor’s fees and marketing tool prices. For the former, VGXPO’s organizers have set the price at US$ 20.00 per square foot. For the latter (marketing tools), the event is offering smaller-scale game companies (with revenues under US$ 250,000) a special Market Place exhibition package for under US$ 200.
“We’ve developed VGXPO to provide you and your company with the highest possible return on investment – VGXPO’s value proposition is designed to drive high impact at the lowest possible cost,” stated Ed Fleming, VGXPO’s founder and executive director. “If you look at the cost-benefit, VGXPO adds up – there’s no reason why your company shouldn’t be there.”
This year’s VGXPO is scheduled to take place from November 2-4, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. These are just some of the more affordable prices the event is offering up – VGXPO’s full price kit is available at the event’s main site in case people here are interested in more lucrative offers.
