Atari Jaguar Emulator for the PSP
Just because the PSP has been released for over a year doesnÂ’t mean that all the bases have been covered as far as emulators go. PLynx who brought us the Atari Lynx emulator for the PSP has ported Virtual Jaguar so now we can all enjoy classic Atari Jaguar titles on our PSP too! This is very much a work in progress and itÂ’s pretty slow at the moment, but it is reported to work on 2.0 PSPÂ’s. (Note: The EBOOT file is for 1.0/2.0 Firmware, you must use a KXploit conversion program for use on 1.50 PSPÂ’s)
Put the Jaguar BIOS image (jagboot.rom) in the same directory as the EBOOT.
Rename the cartridge image to cf.jag and put it in the same directory.I’ve tried Cannon Fodder and Atari Karts … and … it’s pretty slow, be patient
See Virtual Jaguar website for compatibility stats. (DSP is not enabled)
