Turbine on the look-out for farmers in Dungeons and Dragons Online
Before anyone makes any snide comments that the publishers are “in on the whole farming thing”, it’s not what you think. Turbine Inc. is on the look-out for farmers in Dungeons and Dragons Online. This is not a new thing for an MMORPG company to do, but it is a first for Turbine to be so open about it.
It’s been said that they have banned hundreds of accounts in the past. Now, while they are cracking down on the farmers, the DDO community was given a shout out since the company is acting upon “reports … on the forums and in-game harassment reports” to pinpoint the farmers and troublemakers.
Turbine plans on stamping out this trend before it grows, but we know that it is impossible. Still, hopefully they can minimize the adverse impact these unsavory individuals have on the game. Be sure to keep checking back here for more updates on Dungeons and Dragons Online.
