PlayStation Store to have its own E3 special?

We reported in earlier article that Sony said it will not be offering a live E3 special on PlayStation Home, while Microsoft will still be offering its E3: Bringing It Home special feature via Xbox Live. Despite this statement, PSXtreme spotted an Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) banner put up in the PlayStation Store.

The PlayStation Store currently has a header that says “E3: Get ready for something new July 11th – July 13th.” The message certainly contradicts what the Sony spokesperson said about Sony not reconstructing the E3 experience for the PlayStation Home this year.
