Atari confirms DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 going online
We first heard about the online capabilities of video game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 through a blurred snapshot poster of the title (not to mention it being in Japanese). As much as it is good news for fans of the franchise, we have to say that it still leaves some doubts given the quality of the said image.
To put an end to all these, Atari came up with an official press release confirming that Dragon Ball Z will indeed have online components. While the publisher didn’t specify the exact features of the title’s online component, a confirmation for such is enough to make any Dragon Ball Z fan happy.
Aside from the above mentioned, Budokai Tenkaichi 3 offers more than 150 playable characters as well as more than 30 battle stages. Its developer, Namco Bandai, also applied upgraded shading techniques to provide enhanced and, shall we say, devastating effects.
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is expected to become available this holiday season.
