Capcom brought a lot of titles to the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this year, showing off a few new games in the process. From pirate adventures to undead zombie blasting all the way to supernatural gothic settings, Capcom is aiming to push the envelop in their drive to bring us the most innovative games. Highlighted in this article are some of their major titles and their screenshots.
Our first title is Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure for the Wii, which grabbed our attention by showcasing interesting gameplay and interactivity. We’ve had word about this game before, and we’re finally treated to more screens from the E3 to show us just how much fun things would be.
Another featured game is the Resident Evil title for the Wii. Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles would have players shooting zombies with the Wii Zapper in some single player or co-op blasting fun. With graphics that would make your heart stop when zombies jump out of nowhere, this game is as good as survival horror gets. Playing this in the dark may be a good idea, if you’re up to some thrills and chills.
And for the third game in this piece, Devil May Cry 4 for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Featuring new environments, new characters, a clash between the familiar hero Dante and the series’ new leading man Nero, plus the innovative “Devil Bringer” arm which allows players to chain a wicked set of combos, this game’s screens are only the icing on top of a potentially big hit.
Yes indeed, Capcom is pulling out all the stops this E3 with games as promising as these. Our fingers twitch in anticipation.
