Halo 3 or Forerunner

Earlier this week we covered a story on the rumor about Halo 3 being called Forerunner and the truth is this:

False! It was just an April Fool’s joke.

The rumor was quickly dismissed by Bungie’s “Frankly” over at Halo Bungie Org. It turns out that someone called DM Duo Maxwell transcribed a entire article in Game Informer magazine and posted it on the Xbox.com forum.
