More details on Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops+
Like all MGS fans, we’ve been keeping track of Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops+ for the PSP. No official word from Konami on when this game will be hitting the U.S. video games stores yet, but Amazon has already listed the game for November 20.
This expansion will have additional playable characters, the more notable ones include: Raiden, Snake from MGS4, Roy Campbell and even Johnny Sasaki. In addition to this, there will be more stages as well as a new recruiting system. Rounding out the package will be a new game mode known as Infinity Mission. While we haven’t heard much about this, it may be a gauntlet style mission where you take on hordes of progressively difficult enemies.
If you can’t wait till November to get the game, you can always import the game from Japan which will be shipping this September 20. You can even opt to get the deluxe pack which includes both games as well as an alternate cover for the MGS Portable Ops+. The rest of us will patiently wait and hope that the deluxe version makes it to the U.S. shores.
