They say that only in one’s own abode can one truly feel safe, comfortable and off-guard – and Travis Touchdown, the protagonist of Marvelous Interactive‘s upcoming title for the Nintendo Wii, No More Heroes, certainly can get comfortable in his own apartment. Too comfortable, in fact, that his toilet serves as the game’s save point, if these latest scans from Famitsu is to be taken into consideration.

In this scan update, we get to see another side of Travis, the side without the beam katana. A softer side, a gentler side – a side that’s hilariously obsessed with three cute anime superheroines. No corner of Travis’ sanctuary gets unexplored as we get an eyeful of his living room, his bedroom, his closet, and even his bathroom – with the usually unseen-in-videogames privies serving as the game’s save point. And if that’s not enough, we also spot what appears to be a Nintendo64 system in the clutter! Totally hilarious, and totally awesome.

Without a doubt, No More Heroes is looking crazier and crazier by the minute – and we don’t think it’s a bad thing at all. Keep it locked right here for more news about Suda 51‘s latest opus, and enjoy the scans!
